FoodVerix trial, integrations, and data boundaries

How the trial works

The Foundation and Professional plans include a 14-day trial with no credit card required. The trial begins after workspace activation and does not silently convert into a charge. Continuing after the trial requires an intentional plan choice and secure hosted checkout.

Current integration status

• FoodVerix has an Odoo receiving-workflow pilot. Broader Odoo workflows remain mapping-ready and should not be described as fully connected.
• DateCodeGenie is not currently connected.
• Other integrations are optional and may require separately scoped setup, data mapping, testing, and third-party services or fees.
• External systems cannot silently complete, verify, approve, or overwrite controlled FoodVerix records.

Customer data boundaries

Customer workspaces are tenant-isolated. Users are limited by role and facility authorization. Public Help Center content explains general product behavior; it never exposes customer records, account credentials, or tenant-specific evidence.
