FOODVERIX GUIDE

HACCP, food-safety programs, and standards in FoodVerix

FoodVerix helps teams connect food-safety program requirements to the work and records used at their facilities. HACCP plans and monitoring are part of a broader operating system that also includes documents, training, corrective actions, and verification.

Connect program requirements to daily work

  • Use the HACCP plan workflow to organize product and process information, hazards, CCPs, monitoring, corrective actions, verification, and approval records.
  • Map active program requirements to controlled documents, assigned logs, training, and current evidence.
  • Keep missing evidence, overdue work, and unmapped requirements visible for review.
  • Use the programs selected during Workspace Setup to reflect the frameworks the facility actually follows.

Framework boundaries

FoodVerix supports workflows associated with HACCP, cGMP, SQF Edition 10, FDA traceability readiness, and its Healthcare Kitchen operational framework. The Healthcare Kitchen framework covers back-of-house food-safety operations; it is not an accreditation standard. FoodVerix does not certify a facility or replace the applicable standard, regulation, qualified personnel, or facility-specific program design.
