Facilities, roles, and access in FoodVerix
FoodVerix is organized around the facilities where work occurs and the responsibilities assigned to each person. Access is scoped so users see the tools and records authorized for their role and facility.
Roles and responsibilities
- Employees complete assigned tasks, logs, evidence, and training.
- Verifiers review completed work independently when the workflow requires it.
- Managers configure work, review risk, and control decisions within their authority.
- Auditors can inspect approved evidence within the access granted to them; they do not edit or approve operational work.
Facility scope
Company administrators can organize plants, kitchens, warehouses, and other sites while keeping location-linked work separated. Team invitations, roles, and facility assignments define which operational areas a user can access. If a user sees the wrong tools or facility, the company administrator should review their role and scope.
