How FoodVerix digital logs work
FoodVerix connects recurring food-safety checks to the people, facilities, schedules, and review steps responsible for completing them. The goal is to make assigned work and its resulting record easier to follow.
Set up the work
Managers activate a log template and configure the facility, responsible role, timing, frequency, and verification requirement. Employees then see the work assigned to their role and facility.
Complete and review a record
- Open the assigned task or log in the app or browser.
- Enter the actual observation when the work occurs; do not backfill or copy a result.
- Complete required fields and attach requested evidence, then submit the entry.
- When verification is required, an authorized person reviews the record separately from the person who completed it.
What the record keeps connected
- The recorded observation and its configured limits.
- The submitting user, facility, and time.
- Required attachments and evidence.
- Any exception and follow-up history associated with the record.
